The Project

A new chapter for Miami Beach, written by a singular collaboration.

The Perigon rises on one of the widest, most tranquil stretches of sand that Miami Beach has to offer — a 200-foot meeting of land and sea backed by the famous Miami Beach Boardwalk. Architecture by OMA, interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, gardens by Gustafson Porter + Bowman, and oceanfront dining by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt: a once-in-a-generation collaboration on the Atlantic.

I represent qualified buyers throughout the reservation and purchase process — identifying the right exposure, line, and floor, reviewing the offering documents, negotiating, and coordinating with the developer's sales team through to closing and delivery.

The Office for Metropolitan Architecture, founded by Rem Koolhaas, brings its first residential building to Miami Beach. A sculptural seventeen-story silhouette set perpendicular to the shore, designed to give every residence a direct view of the Atlantic from a private, deep-set terrace.
